Our compensation reflects the value we place on our team—our starting rate for BCBAs is $100/hour, with additional opportunities for leadership stipends, bonuses, and long-term growth. Whether you're joining part-time or helping us launch full-time, you’ll be a core part of our foundation in Minnesota.

About the Role

We’re seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead our Minnesota launch with compassion, professionalism, and heart. This is ideal for someone who loves working directly with children and is energized by the chance to build something meaningful.

You’ll start on a part-time hourly basis and grow with us into a full-time role as we expand and embed into the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming and quality of care

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs and support staff development

• Collaborate with leadership to build and staff caseloads

• Help shape operations and clinical culture in the region

• Be a champion of our “kids-first, staff-family” philosophy

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification

• Eligible for MN licensure

• Deep passion for working with kids and families

• Excitement about clinical growth and mentorship

• Leadership experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong communication and team-building skills
