Construction Project Manager

As a Residential Project Manager at Paul Davis, you'll lead reconstruction projects for homeowners and property managers after events like fires or floods. These are real situations with real people who need clear communication, strong leadership, and follow-through. You'll manage projects from start to finish; coordinating trades, controlling budgets, setting expectations, and spending plenty of time in the field making sure the work is done right. When a family gets back into their home, you'll know you played a major role in that.

Day to day, you will:

  • Manage residential (and some light commercial) reconstruction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team members
  • Create and track budgets, schedules, and job progress (RMS/DASH)
  • Be on site regularly to keep projects moving and problems solved
  • Balance quality work with timelines and cost control

This job isn't just construction, it's people. Our customers are dealing with stressful situations, and they need someone they can trust. We're looking for someone who can lead calmly, listen well, and keep projects organized while still getting results. If you enjoy managing people, solving problems, and seeing projects through from start to finish, you'll do well here.

Paul Davis is a national leader in restoration and reconstruction. We're growing, and we invest in our people. After training, you'll have real autonomy over your schedule and projects, not micromanagement. We take pride in our work, support ongoing learning, and believe in doing what we say we're going to do.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience working with trades and vendors
  • Willingness to learn our restoration process
  • Proficient with computers, including email, spreadsheets, and CRMs

Why Work Here:

  • Steady, year-round work
  • Paid training and certifications
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Performance bonuses
  • Opportunity to grow with a solid team
