WellTech Partners is partnering with a growing pediatric therapy clinic seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join their expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a clinic experiencing significant growth and community impact.
1 OTR currently working 1 day per week
2 COTAs on staff
Growing caseload creating supervision demand
Strong referral pipeline with waiting lists in the community
This new hire will play an important role in helping expand the clinics OT services and support the growing patient population.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve physical, emotional, and functional abilities
Support children with developmental delays, sensory regulation challenges, and autism
Collaborate with speech therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Educate families on therapy goals, home exercises, and strategies for daily living
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Stay current with occupational therapy research and best practices
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and occupational therapy principles
Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with autism, preferred
Experience with sensory integration or pediatric feeding therapy is a plus
Adult therapy experience is helpful but not required
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
