Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and treat patients with chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension
Conduct women's health assessments including pap smears
Perform minor procedures such as suture and stitches removal
Address issues related to obesity and provide appropriate care plans
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using the Nextgen EMR system
Additional Information
Must be licensed to practice in New York
Experience with Nextgen EMR system preferred
