Role Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver home health services to the geriatric community.

Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy to home health patients.
• Manage a caseload of 6 patients daily with scheduling support.
• Collaborate with RNs and staff for holistic care.
• Use EMR systems; HCHB training provided.

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM • 5:30 PM
• No on•call or holiday duties

Qualifications:
• CA Registered Occupational Therapist License
• BLS certification
• 1+ year of home health experience
• Oasis experience preferred
