Your Role with the Company:

• Full time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• APP will work at one location - open locations: Fitchburg, Leominster, and South Gardner
• Team based mindset with collaborative environment
• FNP / PA will work in a primary care setting seeing 18-24 patients per day

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA
• Active MA License
