Responsibilities:

• Shift Length: 8:30am - 4:30pm, hospital is flexible though, goal is 8-9 hour total. Shifts each month are very PRN
• Patient Volume: 5-6 pts/day
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): CPSI and T-System
• Trauma Level: IV

Qualifications/Requirements

• License: SD
• DEA/CSR: Yes, both required
• Board Certification: NP or PA facility has a supervising physician for PA
• Life Supports: ACLS, BLS
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Required but exemptions available
