Maternal - Fetal Medicine Physician

Our client in Ada County, ID is in need of a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a locum assignment!

Job details:

• Dates needed for coverage: June 9-22, July 12-21, August 3-10, August 24-31
• Weekend and weeknight call required over all dates
• Clinic: Monday - Friday 8a-5p
• Weekend Call: Friday 5p - Monday 8a
• Please make sure you have the following items readily available.
• MD diploma
• Internship/residency/fellowship certs
• All medical licenses
• Current and previous certificates of insurance
• Driver s license
• Professional color photo/headshot
• CMEs for the past 2 years
• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
• References
• Case logs

Job Requirements:

• ID license - Highly Preferred
• Board Certified - Required
• ID DEA and CSR - Required
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Must meet perm rate cap of $25k
