Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to join our team and to continue to bring our brand vision to life.
Job Summary As a
Marketing Coordinator/Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and supporting marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will assist in developing and implementing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and providing support for social media and content creation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and enthusiastic about clean beauty.
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate and support email marketing initiatives, influencer collaborations, and PR efforts.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative team to develop compelling marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Help manage the brand's social media presence by strategizing and communicating with agencies and content creators to ensure campaigns and promotions are being cross promoted effectively and cohesively.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in organizing events, pop-ups, and trade shows to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and customer insights.
- Assist with Product Development tasks including store and lab visits for benchmarks or sample pick-ups, plus creating marketing briefs associated with upcoming product launches.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Marketing Coordinator 1-2 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing. (beauty or wellness industry preferred).
- Marketing Specialist 2-4 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing. (beauty or wellness industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as email platforms (Klaviyo), social media scheduling tools (Metricool, Later), and design software (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
