Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,520 per week

ECU Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Nags Head, North Carolina.

We are hiring experienced nurses for Med Surg travel assignments at Outer Banks Health Hospital in Nags Head - a beautiful beach community on the NC coast.

Unit details
- 37-bed unit
- Staffing ratios: 1:5 or 1:6 RN-to-Patient
- Primary population: Adult and children (30 days old and up) in need of general medicine care post-surgery or for conditions like renal and liver disease, respiratory disease, fluid volume imbalance, sepsis, CVA, and resolved DKA.

Minimum requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Greater than 1 year of nursing experience is required
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required

Compensation package
- Base pay: up to $70/hour for all travel nursing positions
- 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay
- Additional $3.00/hour for stand-by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay
