We are urgently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Internal/Family Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dedicated team in Southbury and Naugatuck, CT. What We Require

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
• Licensure: Current licensure as an NP or PA in the state of Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine setting preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
