Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts from January-March at their Corporate Health center in Gypsum, CO. Clinic sees ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and biometric screens. Clinic hours are Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm and Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, both with a 60 minute lunch break. Shifts needed are January 20,21, 27 & 28, February 18, & March 24. 2+ years of clinical experience are required to be eligible for this assignment.
