Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Client seeks Family Practice Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts January-May at their onsite employee health center in Loveland, CO. Provider will see ages 2 & up to provide Primary Care, acute episodic care, wellness exams, & biometric screenings. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm and Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience for this assignment. Shift needs are January 25, 27 & 29; February 1, March 16 & 18, and May 26 & 31.
