Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Details & Responsibilities

• Duties:

• Collaborate with other providers. Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.
• Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.
• Patient Load. Adult population, approximately 10-15 PPD.
• Family medicine, primary care, diabetes prevention/management, chronic/acute care, physicals, sick visits

• Competitive Pay + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers
• Flexible Schedule:
• Full Time M-F (8AM - 4:30PM)
• No call or weekends required
• Start Date: ASAP
• Credentialing Estimate: 1 month

Required Qualifications

• Active/Unrestricted OR Nurse Practitioner s License
• BLS/ACLS Certification
• Active/unrestricted DEA
• 2 years' experience preferred
