Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our family medicine team in beautiful Tomahawk, Wisconsin!

LOCATION: Tomahawk, Wisconsin

FTE: 1.0 - Full-time

Opportunity:

• Clinic hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling with the option for a four-day workweek
• On-call responsibilities: 1-2 weeks per year, covering evenings and weekends (Monday through the following Monday)
• Average patient load: 16-22 per day
• Work alongside a team of experienced providers
• Our clinic is a certified Rural Health Clinic
• Previous APC experience required
