Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Memorial ENT Associates is expanding! We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice.

About the Role:
Under the guidance of our Medical Directors, you will deliver primary healthcare services, collaborate on patient care, and participate in community engagement activities. This full-time position offers opportunities to provide compassionate, high-quality care while promoting clinic growth.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent for PAs.
• Current Indiana license with authority to prescribe, including controlled substances.
• Indiana Controlled Substances and DEA registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients, develop treatment plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in community events and health promotion activities.
• Perform clinical procedures like suturing, casting, EKGs, and more.
