Marshall Wellness Center Supervisor

This position provides primary supervision of activity areas within the Marshall Wellness Center. Supervisors communicate and enforce policy, make sure areas are adequately cleaned, and positively engage with and assist members to ensure a positive experience at the facility.

• Demonstrates IWCCâ??s core mission, vision, and values.
• Uphold facility policies and procedures.
• Provide a friendly, upbeat and customer service-oriented environment at all times.
• Provide public relations, program promotion, and policy education to members and visitors.
• Attend all staff training and in-services.
• Understand and activate emergency/evacuation procedures as needed and within the scope of training.
• Commit to a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be a currently enrolled student.

Training Requirements:

• Experience in customer service
• Experience in a collegiate recreation/fitness environment
• Experience or training that demonstrates oral and written communication skills

• The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone, and basic office equipment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• Lift 10 lbs.
