Description

This position is responsible for assisting instructor with procuring parts for labs and assisting with scheduling vehicles into the lab.

Job Duties

Order materials and supplies for the Automotive and Diesel customer repairs
Compute estimates, process billing invoices and accounting cashier duties for the Automotive and Diesel customer repairs
Maintain parts inventories, pick up parts or schedule deliveries and distribute materials, parts, and tools to the appropriate program
Practice and enforce all safety procedures
Use database applications to create and manage files and communicate information
Assist customers in person, by email, and over the telephone

Qualifications

Automotive experience.
Ability to pass a background check, have a valid U.S Driverâ??s license and good driving record.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 30lbs

- The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone and basic office equipment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
- Ability to drive company owned or personal vehicle.
