Our client is seeking a Construction Manufacturing Operations Manager to join their team! The selected individual will oversee the operations and activities of a team of skilled experts. Responsibilities

Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve desired outcomes, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Place production orders from customers
Manage production budgets and ensure expenses are within approved limits
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals
Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for operations
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Participate in a minimum six-month training period, rotating through various positions on the manufacturing floor
A minimum of five years previous experience in manufacturing management or a related field
Familiarity with various manufacturing software and tools used for scheduling, monitoring, and analysis
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
Capability to analyze data and identify trends to make informed decisions
Possess strong knowledge of production tools and equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with others
Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
