Description

The primary purpose of this position is to assist program staff with administrative and strategic duties and initiatives. The responsibilities of this position will primarily center around our Family Service Program. 

Requirements

 What You’ll Do

Support family services operations:

  • Enter and maintain accurate data for workforce housing clients.
  • Assist families in gathering and submitting required mortgage documentation.

Coordinate outreach & partnerships:

  • Help schedule and conduct outreach with workforce and community partners.
  • Support relationship-building efforts that expand access to housing resources.

Support volunteers & cross-team efforts:

  • Assist with volunteer groups connected to workforce housing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and program support across departments as needed.

Contribute with flexibility:

  • Take on additional responsibilities that support program goals and overall organizational success.

What You Bring

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in community outreach, nonprofit work, or a related agency role.

Skills & Strengths:

  • Organization & accuracy: Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and documentation.
  • Communication: Clear oral, written, and interpersonal communication with diverse audiences.
  • Relationship-building: Demonstrated success working with culturally diverse individuals and groups.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Motivation: Goal-oriented, professional, outgoing, and self-starting.

Technology:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to complete required certifications upon hire (QLO and ABA).
