Job Summary

**Incumbent must work three days each week in the Omaha, NE office**

We are seeking a Data Integration Engineer to join our Data Integration Team. In addition to building data driven solutions that support the teams vision and responsibilities, you will take on complex data-related problems and apply concepts with modern tools and platforms. Your work will impact our mission to evolve to be agriculture's most valued financial partner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Design and build a scalable, low-latency, and fault-tolerant data platform that supports both batch and real-time data pipelines leveraging technologies like Apache Kafka (Confluent), Python, dbt, Boomi, Qlik Replicate, and Snowflake to collect, process, and deliver timely insights to end users and decision systems.
Serve as a resource for data integration implementations on other technology teams, and collaborate with data domain owners, business owners, and leaders.
Drive continual improvement and automation of our data platform and processes.
Help drive adoption of the Data Analytics platform as part of the larger data strategy.
Maintain an on-going understanding of emerging data management technologies, industry trends and best practices.
Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Minimum inComputer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Governance, Data Management or comparable experience in a related field required.

Years of Experience

4 years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
