About this Opportunity:
As a Sr. Relationship Manager - External, you will collaborate with the enterprise sales and service teams to elevate the client experience and contribute to revenue growth post-sale for a select portfolio of Orions largest clients. You will become proficient in all Orion product lines, including portfolio accounting, CRM, risk management, compliance, and wealth/asset management services. This role will strategically identify where Orion solutions can help clients capitalize on growth opportunities and solve business challenges. Additionally, the Sr. RM will actively participate in ongoing business planning to ensure the enterprise business line meets its revenue targets. In this role, you'll get to:
Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team and internal stakeholders to identify and support growth opportunities within key client accounts
Review and analyze client agreements to uncover additional opportunities for product expansion or enhanced service offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process, fostering long-term partnerships post-contract
Provide ongoing consulting and guidance to clients on how to optimize Orions technology solutions, aligning with their business processes and goals
Support clients in setting and tracking key business growth objectives and facilitate regular meetings with Orions internal teams to ensure alignment and accountability
Deliver technology demonstrations for enterprise clients and their teams to increase awareness and adoption of Orions products
Work proactively to enhance product usage and increase client satisfaction with the Orion system
Identify and explore opportunities for new product sales to maximize business potential with existing clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolution of issues
Partner with service and implementation teams to communicate client needs, suggest improvements, and ensure successful onboarding and product integration
We're looking for talent who:
Builds, grows, and maintains strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including executives
Has strong public speaking and presentation skills
Has sales, business development and negotiation skills
Possess deep experience in relationship management within an enterprise environment
Has a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
Has a minimum of 5 years' experience
Obtains Orion Industry Certification
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
